I have always wanted to do a session in a controlled, studio environment where I am limited to a few areas. This was a session I had been planning for a long time and I knew one thing: I wanted to photograph a couple at Iro House. This studio space is incredibly clean, aesthetically pleasing, and puts you in a calming mood with soft, amber lighting with beige colored walls. Every corner of the room is cohesive and put together. Anywhere you decide to position your couple, you are most likely going to get a set of consistent photos.
Iro House is like a relaxing, modern home, making your couple feel welcomed. Maria and Alex were immediately comfortable in front of the camera. They were very natural and even had their own ideas for posing which allowed us to take full advantage of the space and décor.
For my session, it was an overcast day, so the lighting inside was a bit more dim, resulting in a moodier set of photos. If you plan to book the space, going on a warm, sunny day will result in softer lighting so if that is what you are looking for, make sure to plan accordingly.
I used Peerspace to book this space and if you would like to do the same, you can use my referral code to earn $50 towards your studio rental. I am not affiliated with Iro House or Peerspace nor is this a sponsored post. I get a small kickback at no additional cost to you.
